The OA Continuing Education Committee presents the Live Journal Club Review. OA Journal Club is available to you as orthoptists to enable you to build on current skills and knowledge. The aim of the club is to promote evidence based orthoptic practice and critical thinking in our working environment.

Dr Joos Meyer currently a service registrar in ophthalmology at Fremantle Hospital. He has completed his bachelor of medical sciences in Aboriginal ophthalmic public health. He has recently completed his residency at The Royal Melbourne Hospital and Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre. He was awarded the Bayer Research Fellowship in 2019 and has experience in research design and development.
