Office of the Health Ombudsman
From 1 July 2014 the Office of the Health Ombudsman (OHO) will become Queensland’s health service complaints agency, and the single point of entry for all health service complaints in Queensland. We offer a free, impartial and independent service to Queenslanders who have a complaint about a health service provider. As part of the changes, the OHO will introduce streamlined processes and clearly defined timeframes to ensure complaints are resolved quickly, independently and fairly. Should you require further information or resources please visit our website at www.oho.qld.gov.au or email info@oho.qld.gov.au.
Kind regards
Office of the Health Ombudsman
