The review of ANZSCO has released draft changes with revisions to the description of Orthoptics being included based on OA’s submission to the project. This will mean that the definition now aligns much more closely with the Orthoptic scope of practice in Australia.

The Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) continues its comprehensive review of the Australian and New Zealand Standard Classification of Occupations (ANZSCO) with the fourth and final round of public consultation.
