Communications

OA communications are scheduled across each week, taking into account key metrics of the relevant audience.

Communications requests are generally processed within two (2) working days.

Please select the type of communication you wish to request: 

  • Click here for an eNewsletter submission - requests for newsletter items should be received by the last Wednesday of the month for broadcast in the first week of the subsequent month.
  • Click here for a Broadcast email - requests for broadcast emails should be received at least 3 working days in advance of the proposed broadcast date. 
  • Click here for a Website update - We welcome all recommendations for OA webpage updates which will be assessed in line with organisational objectives.  However, please note that amendments may not be possible in some cases.

All communications requests will be reviewed and actioned in line with the current OA communications schedule. 

Should there be a conflict with other communications, your request may be delayed.
